Wim Codenie is the programme coordinator of the software engineering group of Sirris. His main focus is on software product development. Before joining Sirris he was working in industry en involved in research concerning object orientation. His interests include agile software. He is a co-initiator of the European Flexi project. The European FLEXI project aims to improve the competitiveness of the European software intensive industry by providing a flexible, rapid and agile approach to product development that ensures efficient development of reliable and safe embedded systems and services in a global development context. The FLEXI project is the largest research & development project in the world concerning agile development representing 279 men year with a duration of 3 years.
